Only these exact email addresses can send PDFs to your printer.
Sender addresses are checked against your mail provider’s DMARC authentication results. Removing a sender also stops their PDFs still waiting in the app’s queue.

“Completed” means the printer reported a completed job. If a submission is uncertain, check the physical output before retrying.

CONNECTING GMAIL
A one-time setup.
- Send a test email to andrew+printer@viola.dev and confirm it arrives in your Gmail inbox.
- Turn on 2-Step Verification, then create a Google app password named RemotePrinter.
- Enter your actual mailbox login and the app password above. Save settings, then test the connection.
- Add allowed senders and enable printing. Send a new PDF email after the connection test.
If your Google account does not offer app passwords, its administrator may restrict them. This version uses IMAP with an app password; Google OAuth is not included.
